My Dr did a calcaneal osteotomy 2x on the same foot. He put 28300 twice, the second witha 59 modifier. I feel he is wrong considering that the MUE has this CPT code with 2.

I feel he may argue that he did it 2x through 2 separate incisions - which he did calling the second one a "sliding calcaneal osteotomy". Any input/suggestions before I go to him? Thanks.
