My question is does this code include the osteotomy and fixation? My surgeon "both the posterior facet of the calcaneus and the talar articular surface was debrided down to subchondral bone" would this be coded also or is it included in the fusion? This is my first subtalar fusion. So any pointers on this would be great :confused:
 
After further research osteotomy and debridement are part of the subtalar fusion. :) And you can charge for the bone graft
