Hello! I need help with these two codes. Im not sure if they are bundled together. NCCI states I am able to use a modifier for 29821, and both were performed for two seperate problems. Does anyone know if Im able to bill for both of these? I cant seem to find the answer to this anywhere. ANy help would be appriciated. Thank you!
 
AAOS does not include these with each other. Medicare does, so I guess it depends on your payor. I am not aware of exclusions to Medicare's bundle on these codes.
