OPERATION PERFORMED:
1. Left shoulder exam under anesthesia with an arthroscopic anterior Bankart repair and debridement of a small degenerative superior labral tear.
2. Open repair of the humeral avulsion of the inferior glenohumeral ligament and anterior capsule.

Claim billed with 29806 and 23450-59, claim denied, was appealed, claim paid but now recouped stating bundled. Tried to research but found very little. Any help is appreciated
