Can 29822 and 29826 be billed for this dx?

Partial RTC debridement; subacromial decompression with acromioplasty. Op supports it; however W/Comp denied 26826 as duplicate procedure not previously billed or with a different modifier than what was previously billed. This was the first time billing and we billed as:

29826-dx code 726.2
29822-59-dx: 840.4

I'm just a little confused to when to bill 29822

What modifier did you use? And yes this can be billed according to the AAOS guidelines.
