Is anyone getting paid for 29823 with 29827, 29828, or 29824? If so, are you needing to add a modifier other than 51? I have heard of modifier 59 being used, which doesn't seem right to me. I know AAOS states that it is not bundled into these codes, as does Codify, but Codify does not show a NCCI edit. If you are using modifier 59, do you have any documentation to support it? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!!!
