Wiki 29874 and 29875 together??

Does anyone have any thoughts on billing an arthroscopic removal of foreign body and plicectomy (arthroscopic) together with modifier 51 IF the documentation is there?

If the documentation supports both you would need to add a 59 modifier on 29874.
