The articular surface was then addressed with the shaver lightly debriding this away. The cartilage was essentially right off the bone. This continued until there was a stable base. Using an Arthrex punch, these drill holes were placed approximately 3 to 5 mm from one another throughout this failry narrow albeit long on the AP dimension defect. This measured approximately 8mm x 15mm, from side to side 8mm, and from front to back 15 to 20mm.
