Hi Everyone! My doctor wants to bill a 29999 in addition to a 29806...he asked me to find out all I could about billing an unlisted procedure since we have never done it. Does he need to type a letter or are the OP notes sufficient? And what are the chances of us actually getting reimbursed for the 29999? Help!! He wants me to know by tomorrow!! Thank you so much!!! :)
