A patient comes in for a second opinion of a fractured tibia. Patient is in a global period with a another orthopaedic surgeon. Can I charge for this visit? and if yes, what type of modifier do I use?

There was another post similar to this a few days ago. Yes you can bill for the charges as long as your doctor is not taking over the post-op care for the patient. I don't believe it needs a modifier, but I could be wrong!
