Could I please get help with this one. Doc did a Arthroscopic SLAP II repair and states a Open NEER inferior capsular shift? completed the slap repair before opening for the cap shift for instability

Without looking at the op note, I would look at codes 23450-23466 for the Open Capsular Shift and bill 29807 for the SLAP Repair. Hope this is somewhat of a helping hand in the right direction! :D
