I just began a new position in a compliance department and wondering if anyone has any feedback for doing audits on 30-day readmissions. I'm using the PEPPER report to determine outliers and suggestions for review. Is there a generally accepted audit tool used to provide audits for 30-day readmissions? Thank you in advance for any feedback!
