Has anyone been billing for a 30 month (2.5 year) well-child visit? Are you billing any additional services or for any forms as well at this visit? Are your commercial payers paying without any issues for this well visit since they were seen at the 24 month (2 year) mark and then again at the 30 month (2.5 year) mark? The recommended well-child care schedule by the Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) for toddlers is a visit at 15 months, 18 months, 24 months, 30 months, 3 years then yearly.
