Wiki 300 cm neurofibroma excision help

My physician has a patient that has neurofibroma excusions all the time. This time it was around a 300cm neuro that started at hip and wrapped around front of leg to knee. I have the complex closure codes and units but just coding a large excision of 4cm or greater just does not seem right. Can anyone help me figure out a better code to use for excusion?
 
What codes are you using? I'm definitely not an expert in this specialty, but I'm wondering if the codes in the 64788-64792 would be more appropriate?
