This is something I've coded so often without putting much thought into.
Why is "Tobacco use disorder (305.1) classed as 'non-dependent'? I've tried nicotine dependency, and it's also 305.1. It seems to be both 'dependent & 'non-dependent at the same time. Any thoughts on this?
