Nasal endoscopy, 31231, if documented bilaterally is it appropriate to bill this out bilaterally. If so which modifier would be most appropriate, LT59 or LT52

The description for 31231 is Nasal endoscopy, diagnostic, unilateral or bilateral (separate procedure)

This code cannot be billed with a -50 or -LT, -RT.
