31239 balloon dilation with other procedures

If a patient comes in for 31239, NLD DCR with balloon dilation, along with an intubation, 68815 and the surgeon also does a maxillary antrostomy with removal of tissue 31267 with an infracture of turbinate 30930--Does anyone have any advice if all of these should be coded together? There are no NCCI edits but the bill gets quite large.

Is anyone familiar with these done together? Any advice would be helpful. If you could include any documentation to back it up that would be helpful too.
