Are you also billing Z00.6 as the 2nd dx with NCT 01737528 if for the registry with 62 modifier and Inpatient status?

Yes, 33361 62, Q0 with 01737528 and DX I35.0 and Z00.6

I had this same problem! UHC wants Z00.6 as the primary.Does anyone bill for TAVR and if so have you gotten any denials from UHC stating I35.0 is not a covered Dx for the procedure?
