Can anyone please tell me if they know of a medical policy or the criteria for billing Medicare for a single incision 360 degree fusion? Our hospital is stating that a posterolateral fusion and and posterior interbody fusion is not considered a 360 degree fusion. The documentation I am reading says that it is considered a 360 degree fusion and the hospital can bill the appropriate 360 fusion code through a single incision.

Thank you!
