Wiki 36415/99213 NY Medicaid

Hello,

I submitted a claim to Medicare with CPT code 99213 36415, they paid for 36415 but passed over on 99213 to Medicaid since the deductible wasn't met.
Medicaid denied to pay using the code N525 (These services are not covered when performed within the global period of another service)

Does anyone have any experience with that? what can I do to fix it for now? and what should be done in the future?

Did you try rebilling the claim on EPACES using the MC eob, applying the MC deductible on epaces. A lot of times when they deny the original claim we rebill on epaces with the primary EOB and they pay/process claim
