Just wondering if anyone has billed 36415 for lab draws and 99000 for specimen transfer on the same office visit, and gotten paid.

We have several patients that come in for there wellnesses and have blood work done along with there yearly pap/hpv.

Can not find any direct answer reguarding this. Thanks in advance for any help...
 
I bill these together all the time and just asked the 'billers' if we ever get paid for both? We are doing some checking. Will let you know if I find any that were both paid. Found several Carefirst clms that paid on the office visit and the veni but 0 on the handling fee.
