Can anyone help me out in the below issue

Billing 36415 with 82728 or any other Lab test.

Do medicare pay this?
How can we look for edits in this case?

i just want to check this case with CCI edits.
This is getting denied majority of the time....
 
i'm not sure on the edits but medicare should pay for that code. i use it everyday in my practice. we bill it for $33.80 and we get reimbursed $3.00 each time. i bill this code with a various range of codes and it get reimbursed 99% of the time.
that might not help you at all but not sure on the edits....
