Is anyone using cpt 36416 for Pt/INR or for glucose testing? Does this code need to be used or can the lab test be billed without it?

We bill 36416 for PT/INR frequently. Both the stick and lab test is billed together to capture reimbursement. The lab test should be fine without it though. We bill for outside specimens occassionaly (so no venipuncture code), but usually for blood panels.
