Hello,

I am hoping someone can tell me more about code 36416. We use this code in the office when collecting capillary blood from a peds. patient, to perform lead testing or hemoglobin. Recently, one of my doctors has starting attaching this code for each test ordered and not just once for that session. Is this correct/ok and/or what do you do in your office?
