I am looking for confirmation, as I read the cpt code description I can no longer bill the 36416 with the 83036/QW as it is inclusive to 83036?

Lay Description

These tests may also be known as HbA1C. A blood specimen is collected. Glycosylated hemoglobin levels reflect the average level of glucose in the blood over a three-month period. Methods may include high-performance liquid chromatography and ion exchange chromatography (83036) or FDA approved home monitoring device (83037).
