Wiki 37215 and updated NCD 20.7

The ICD-10-CM codes that we used to bill for 37215 are no longer accepted by Medicare. We know that the NCD 20.7 was updated and implemented on 1/6/2020 , but we cannot locate the new acceptable ICD-10-CM codes. Can anyone help me located the acceptable ICD-10-CM codes for this procedure?

The NCD doesn't give you a list, but it does tell you what is unacceptable and what are the required comorbidities. I would suggest starting with the patient's diagnosis and seeing if it is a covered condition.
