I have been looking for any billing guidelines for the new 37241 stating it can or can not be billed in an office setting. Has anyone seen any I can reference?
 
37241 in office

Since Medicare gives facility allowable and non facility allowable I would take that to mean that it can be done in the office. We are looking at this code as well for vein treatment.
