I'm a little new to 3m and working the edits, this one is "edit:3172 3m- revenue code reported requires reason for visit doagnosis code. Item revenue code (11):450
Now I've checked my system and sometimes the diagnosis is flagged as RFV and sometimes it's not. Either way this edit is always popping. Why? Any info or suggestions would be much appreciated thank you
