I have a few physicians in my dept that do Laparoscopic hiatal hernia repairs with a Nissen fundoplication. Can someone please tell me if 43280 includes the hiatal hernia repair in this code? I've seen resources that tell me this does include hiatal hernia repair (not to be confused with paraesophageal hernia repair) and others that have mentioned to use an unlisted code. Help anyone?
