I posted a debate regarding 49020-59 earlier but also have this debate:

Here is the Hartman's 44143 with 49020-59

"There was approximately 150ml of pus that was found in the pelvis, which was sent for culture and drained" (Hartman's was performed)

Please help me with this debate
