my physician did a Diagnostic laparoscopy (not billable), laparoscopic enterolyis (44180),
hysteroscopy (58558), dilatation and curettage (included in 58558), loop electrocautery excision procedure LEEP conization (57522), endocervical curettage (57505), excision of introital and vulvar condyloma acuminata (11426) and I was wondering if I can bill the 44180 with these other procedures? I know that I would normally not bill 44180 if another surgical laproscopic digestive procedure was performed... but can I bill it with the GYN codes? I cant find any CCI edits/bundling issues against billing it with these specific GYN codes.
