when billing these codes out, 46600 and a 45330 you bill the smallest charge first correct? thanks

You cannot code 46600 with code 45330. The diagnostic anoscopy (46600) is a component of the diagnostic Sigmoidoscopy (45330) and cannot be billed together. Also a modifier cannot be used to override this CCI edit under any circumstance.
However, when you do bill two procedures that are acceptable together, you would list the code with the higher value first.

Thank you for your quick response. What about a 46600 and a 46621, they are billing 46600 and 46621

Code 46621 is not a valid code. Do you mean 46221? If that is the code - no, you can't bill both of those codes together. Again the anoscopy is bundled into the Hemorrhoidectomy. For the most part all of these codes would include the Anoscopy code as that is designated a separate procedure and is diagnostic. Any surgical procedure, like the hemorrhidectomy, would include the diagnostic procedure.
