I am not sure which code I need to crosswalk the unlisted 51999 to:
The da Vinci robotic system was docked into
place. A dense area of fibrotic mass-like area which included the dome
of the bladder and part of the urachus was visualized. I released the
urachal remnant off of the anterior abdominal wall by scoring along the
lateral to the medial umbilical ligaments and then connecting this. The
flap of the peritoneum with the urachal remnant was taken down to the
dome of the bladder. I carefully dissected the thickened area off of
the dome of the bladder. A cystotomy was made. This mass was removed
circumferentially. It was placed in an Endocatch bag and sent to
pathology for frozen section. Frozen section revealed no malignancy.
The dome of the bladder was closed in 2 layers. I used a running 3-0
V-Loc stitch on the mucosal layer as well as a running 2-0 V-Loc stitch
on the muscularis level.
