Is this enough for 51703? I'm new to urology.

The patient was found to have a notable postvoid residual of 1047 cc. Therefore, I attempted to place a 16 Fr Foley catheter, unable to advance past meatus. I tried again using a 14 French silicone catheter. I was able to advance past the meatus. However, I met resistance at the prostate gland. I was able to advance into the bladder with gentle pressure. Bladder drained for 1600 cc of clear yellow urine.
Assessment:
1. Large volume urinary retention, 14 Fr silicone catheter placed today with 1600 cc initial output
2. Overflow incontinence
