51798 -Measurement of post-voiding residual urine and/or bladder capacity by ultrasound, non-imaging.
51702 -Insertion of temporary indwelling bladder catheter; simple (eg, Foley).

can we code these both CPT for this documentation?
Any guidelines regarding 51798 with 51702.

My doubt is foley catheter used for temporary for bladder scan. is it right?

If the catheter was only used for the purpose of doing the bladder scan, it would be considered a non-indwelling catheter (51701) and it would be bundled and not separately reportable. But since this is an indwelling catheter that is left in place following the procedure (51702), it does not bundle and both codes can be reported. As a reference, see CPT Assistant, January 2007.
