According to EncoderPro there are fee allowances for 52284 for "facility" and "non-facility" services, which indicates that it can be performed in the office or in a facility location.

To determine what facility locations might be allowable for 52284 I looked at code 0499T, which was termed 01/01/24 and replaced by 52284. According to the 4th quarter 2023 code information for 0499T the code was eligible to be performed in and ASC or hospital (inpatient or outpatient) setting. So, I would assume (yes, I know it is not good to assume most things) that 52284 was eligible to be performed in the same settings as 0499T.

Thank you, that's what I was thinking as well. Hopefully there will be more complete guidance on it soon.
