Our physician performed a Colposcopy with biopsy, this is a new to me, does this need a modifier? This was the only thing done during the visit.

Well it's hard to say without more information. It may need a modifier if it was in the global period of another procedure. Also most of the time the colposcopy will be of cervix primary, so in the 57454-56 range, so just be sure to double check what the primary area/reason for the procedure was.
