Has anyone had any issues billing these codes together? Are they being denied as inclusive to each other?
 
Has anyone had any issues billing these codes together? Are they being denied as inclusive to each other?

The first issue may be that 58544 includes salpingectomy if performed, so I would not bill it separately. The second issue for the denial may be that 58544 is a laparoscopic approach code, and 58700 is an open approach code.
