I need to know if there is an age restriction on the following procedure
58720- Salpingo-oophorectomy;complete or partial,unilateral or bilateral (separate procedure)
 
Not sure how there could possibly be an age restriction on this, since females are (absent an abnormality) born with their tubes and ovaries.
