I am curious as to how the documentation supports the 99215, typically you do not have a sick visit and GYN exam's at the same visit.? If the patient is that sick to substantiate a 99215, she would not be well enough to perform a well-woman GYN exam, potentially. Might need more information before an answer can be given to you.
