Is there a list of CPTs allowed to be billed with a 62 modifier?

I searched the CPTs for 62 modifier in EncoderPro and it showed a very long list of CPTs (around 2567 codes) !!

0 Co-surgeons not permitted for this procedure.

1 Co-surgeons could be paid, but documentation is required to support the

2 Co-surgeons permitted. No documentation is required if the two specialty
requirement is met.
