not very familiar with this but hoping someone has some advice. Est pt coming into office w/ neuro provider for follow up. Pt had shunt placed back in 2016 for normal pressure hydrocephalus. No issues until recently with increased weakness, falls, gait & mobility issues. Medicare is denying stating 26 mod need on 62252.
