Our Doctor is doing a blood clot epidural thoracic and lumbar and wants to be reimbursed for both. We are billing with 62273 at 2 units and getting paid for 1 unit only with the explanation that this procedure can be billed only 1 anatomical site per day. Does anyone know if or how we can bill to get paid for both of the epiduarals.
