Dear Members,

We are stumped on the new 2015 codes. In our practices a physician injects contrast into the spine w/fluoro, takes a few images then the pt is moves into another unit where a CT is performed. Most of the time the same physician performs the CT.

We are not sure if we should code the injection procedure as 62284 and the ct as 72132 or use the new code of 76304 in addition to 72132.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
