My doctor has done a Cervical Epidural Steroid injection at C5-C6 and has selected CPT 62310 with a quantity of 2. We have only ever billed the 62310 with a quantity of 1. We are located in Florida and I can't find definitive information on whether the code can be billed with more than a quantity of 1.
Also I thought a cervical ESI at C5-C6 was 1 level, wouldn't a 2 level have to be C5-C6, C6-7? Any incite/web references would be very helpful.

Units

C5-C6 would be one level and based on the MUE edits, it would be 1 unit
 
This would be billed as one unit. Per CPT 62310-62319 should be reported only once, when the substance injected spreads or catheter tip insertion moves into another spinal region.
