I am new to Neurosurgery coding and I am hoping someone can help. My physician performed "C2 through C5 cervical laminectomies with intradural exploration and gross total resection of tumor." Is CPT 63280 reportable only once no matter how may segments are performed or can it be reported for each.

It is reported only once, regardless of the number of segments.
