We are doing MBB on T11-T12 and T12-L1. UMR is denying the second level as PI-B10 (Allowed amount has been reduced because a component of the basic procedure/test was paid.), and only paying 64490 for second level. We are billing this for an ASC. Per the UHC policy, all criteria was met.
Should we be getting reimbursed for the second level? Has anyone else delt with this? THANKS!!
