DOC did a lumbar sympathetic block cpt code 64520 but his dx is severe peripheral vascular disease - which is 443.9 -which does not match the cpt code / Does this seem right ?
 
Lumbar Sympathetic Block has circulatory indications such as- Circulatory Inoperable peripheral vascular disease and vasospastic disease of the lower extremities. Yet you can verify with your physician. Thank you
