I have been getting denied by Aetna for my diagnosis codes for 64590. Can someone lead me in the right direction where I can find a list of payable diagnosis codes for Medicare patients?

You may only code what is documented. See if the procedure is covered. If it's not covered, changing coding will not get it paid. This is the purpose of having patients sign ABNs.
