64772 vs 64635

Hello,
My provider wants to bill 64772 however I think 64635 is more appropriate. I am not the strongest at spinal surgery. Is it because they transected and then used the radiofrequency for coagulation that we wouldn't use 64635?

Agree that this is not an RFA procedure. It appears that the provider used some form of RFA to cut the nerves.
